Paperless Billing Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What is paperless billing?
If you are enrolled in paperless billing, you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. Your bills and all billing information for 开云全站app下载 will only be available in MyChart.

Q2: Will I receive all my bills electronically?
You may receive some paper copies of your bill in the mail during the transition period. This does not mean you were billed multiple times. If you receive separate bills from 开云全站app下载’s pharmacy or Advantage laboratory services, you will continue to receive those in the mail, even if you are enrolled in paperless billing.

Q3: Who is eligible for paperless billing?
All 开云全站app下载 patients with an active MyChart account will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing on June 1, 2025.

Q4: How do I check if I’m enrolled in paperless billing?
To check if you are enrolled in paperless billing, log into your MyChart account and go to the Billing Summary page. Once there you can click Paperless Preferences and view your billing preferences.

Q5: How do I opt-out of paperless billing?
If you would like to opt-out of paperless billing and continue to receive paper statements, log into your MyChart account and go to the Billing Summary page. There you can select “Opt-out of Paperless Billing.”

Q6: Do I need to have a MyChart account to enroll in paperless billing?
Yes. You need to have an active MyChart account to enroll in paperless billing. To get started, you can request an activation code, here. Once you have set up your account, visit the billing summary page and select “Paperless Billing.”
